Root + Flow is a beautifully earthy blend of several roots and spices. We combined beets, carrots, apples, pink peppercorn, with orange and rhizomes ginger + turmeric. This blend is so nourishing, filled with vitamins and minerals from an intentional blend of root vegetables. 

TASTING NOTES: Grounding, earthy, rich

Classic Pouch: approximately 22-25 cups of tea depending personal on use.

Beets, Turmeric, Ginger, Orange peel, Pink peppercorn, Apple, and Carrots
Excellent source of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.
Steep 1-2 teaspoons of tea in boiling water for 3-5 minutes.
