Ingredients

  • 3 oz chilled Blacker the Biz tea
  • 2 oz maple syrup
  • 3 oz whiskey
  • 2–3 fresh blackberries + 2–3 fresh strawberries, muddled
  • Ice

Method

  1. Muddle berries at the bottom of a glass.
  2. Add tea, maple syrup, and whiskey.
  3. Stir, add ice, and garnish with extra berries.

In My Mind Old Fashioned

Our In My Mind blend (or any black tea you love) holds a grounded richness that transforms a classic old fashioned into something meditative. Ingredients

  • 3 oz whiskey
  • 2 oz chilled In My Mind tea (or your favorite black tea)
  • ½ oz brown sugar simple syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • Optional: cherry + orange peel, splash of cherry juice
  • Ice

Method

  1. Stir whiskey, tea, syrup, and bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
